Add two and a half of hot water to a bowl with 2 cups of fine bulgur. Stretch the film over it and let it sit till the bulgur expands. The bulgur should be added with 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of pepper paste. One glass of flour should be added gradually as you begin to knead. Black pepper and one teaspoon of salt should be added, and the mixture should be well-kneaded. Wet your hand just a little. Roll pieces of dough between your palms that are about the size of walnuts after tearing them off. Roll it and then poke a hole in the center of it with your finger. Put the formed meatballs in a basin that has been lightly dusted with flour, and combine well. Put the meatballs in a pot of boiling water, and boil them for 10 to 15 minutes, or until they are tender.
Using a strainer, drain the cooked meatballs before setting them on a baking sheet. 1 tablespoon of pepper paste should be added to a pan along with 1.5 tea glasses of olive oil. On top, pour 1 glass of shredded and puréed tomatoes. Add two grated garlic cloves, one teaspoon of black pepper, one teaspoon of red pepper flakes, and one teaspoon of salt after the consistency starts to slightly thicken. Stir. After that, add the prepared sauce on top and stir thoroughly. Because of this, we advise adding garlic only before serving the fellah kofte, which you will make with lots of tomatoes, tomato paste, and spices. One of the most significant points is about to be made. The cooked meatballs can be added to the sauce and heated together. The meatballs will be squeezed in this manner.
